Is Multi-Tasking Good or Bad?

Every one of us has done multi-tasking at least once in our lifetime. We must agree with this. Either knowingly or unknowingly we do multi-tasking. We can relate this with our actions or examples like hearing songs while cycling or painting, watching TV while doing our homework and many more combined activities. But the question is whether multi-tasking is good or not. This depends upon the type of activity or work we are involved in. Sometimes multi-tasking may be beneficial to us and time-saving. But at many times it will lead to confusions and discomfort.

So we must be careful while choosing our actions for multi-tasking. According to my personal experience, in my life, I used to do many multi-tasking works. Because I love doing it. I used to listen to songs and do my sketching works, or at times I used to even listen and take notes and do some portraits. It's just because I was able to handle it. Most of us can even do more than this.

But this might be a little difficult for some people and that's not wrong. It's actually good if you are able to concentrate and do a single work at a time. In this world where there are millions of incidents are happening around us, it is impossible to keep our mind idle without thinking about something. But if we are able to put our mind, soul and body into one particular activity and are able to concentrate into it, its well appreciated.

At times we may be stuck in between while doing a particular work. Those times we may even face a lot of difficulties in completing it. This is also usual and human nature. This is the time we have to be strong in handling our patience level. We have to take our time in thinking about the problem for a while, take a deep breath and start working with a clear mind and soul.

So, we must think once or twice before doing any kind of works. May it is a single activity or multiple works, the one thing that we have to think is whether we can handle those with full involvement and dedication or not. If yes, we can start doing it. Or else we have to split up the works and do it. Because this will avoid a lot of stress and confusions. Activities like exercises, meditations, yoga, sports, gardening, etc can relax our mind and improve our focus.

Keep your mind and body fit and healthy!!!

Stay Home!! & Stay Safe!!    :)
