How to handle overthinking !
Experts say on average a human brain undergo 60,000 - 80,000 thoughts per day. In that 80 % are negative thoughts which cause anxiety, depression, insomnia and more. Are these thoughts helps you to live your life as you want to live? Nah! Many of us never know they are having negative thoughts in our mind. Some may know still they are helpless to get their solicitudes to their positive sides. They are not just thoughts they are making our lives feel so mortified, miserable, inferior, sick and injured. Here we see some prevailing solution to handle this overthinking.
First, we need to make our mind to think for ourselves. Think about our goodness and to make super highlighted. It's not selfishness behaviour. Positive thoughts lower your depression rates, increase your life span and make yourself a good human being.
Don't make emptiness creep your mind. It will mess up our life. Self-awareness plays a tremendous role here. This will let you know what thought to process. We need to train our mind, for this, we have a super solution called Meditation. This makes our mind to work under control. How? (Question may arise) Here we go biologically, the human mind has the gray matter in the hypothalamus and frontal area of the brain. Meditation directly connects with your gray matter which leads to positive emotions, stability in your mind, Concentration and high focus on life. This is the old solution still the best :)
Let's have a daily task to solve this crazy crimp. Identify your thoughts and segregate them into good and bad. Make note of them in your convenient style. This way you came to know how many negative and positive thoughts you undergo in a day, week, month and goes on. From this, we can analyse negative thoughts and we can immediately redirect them into positive ones. Slowly come to the stage "No negative thoughts". This will make your mind to work under your control. Let your positive thoughts make you happy and make this happy wave pass to others as well. Happy thoughts are happy life.
